The Hercules-150 roller huller is designed for hulling cereals and legumes. The flattening process produces less waste compared to crushing, and significantly increases the digestibility of dry matter. Shear deformations in the grains lead to the breakage of bonds and make the grains softer, while reducing the grain thickness, which improves the access of substances that interact with the grains. This allows you to quickly prepare porridge (or feed) with minimal loss of vitamins and biologically active components of the grain.

The modern technology of preparing feed based on grain flattening has many advantages over grain crushing and allows us to produce higher quality feed. Flattening technology ensures feed digestibility of only 97% (crushing - only 50%) and significantly reduces energy consumption compared to crushing. The result is a low dust content.
The design of the housing ensures a high density of the grain chopper as well as precise and accurate installation of the working elements. Cast-iron or steel notched flattening rollers ensure higher productivity as well as durability and reliability.

When feeding flattened grain prepared on a flattening machine of our production, the amount of grain required for proper nutrition of poultry and animals is reduced by up to 70% compared to unflattened grain. The cost of producing flattened grain with our flattener is much lower compared to other similar designs due to reduced energy consumption, higher productivity, and durability of the flattening elements.
