Dehulling - separation of the achene from the protective flower film is carried out on the Farmer sheller when replacing some of its basic elements with other replaceable elements that are specially designed for this purpose.

During the collapse, the following occurs:
1. Threshing of the spelta ear with the separation of individual achenes from their floral protective film.
2) The flower film is blown off in the aspiration channel.
3. Separation of the fully threshed spelta from the under-threshed spelta to return the latter for re-threshing.

In case of replacing the replaceable elements for spelting with the basic set of the groats milling machine, it is possible to produce groats from spelta as from ordinary wheat.
