The KRAFT-150 hammer mill for grain and sawdust from Peletto is designed for grinding grain and crushing sawdust and carpentry shavings. It also grinds grains, sunflower husks, manure and excrements. Sawdust loading is pneumatic.

Kraft-150 Beater Mill – method of operation

The raw material is collected by an ejector from the side, hopper or car trailer. Using a flexible suction pipe, it is directed to the crushing chamber, where there is a stone and metal catcher;
In the chamber, the raw material is crushed using rotating hammers and deflected on the sieve walls until the fraction size is smaller than the size of the sieve holes.
The crushed raw materials are thrown through the sieve into the housing by the hammer crusher under the influence of the air flow generated by the fan.
The shredded material is then directed to the fan chamber, from where it is conveyed through an outlet pipe and a flexible pressure line to a storage feeder or mixer.

The KRAFT-150 grinder is suitable for use in the production of animal feed, briquettes and pellets in both households and industrial plants. The grinder ensures uniform grinding of the supplied raw materials with low formation of small dust-like fractions, and also has the ability to adjust the degree of crushing. The air inlet ejector ensures comfort during work, allows you to adjust the air intake and prevents clogging of raw materials in the crusher during grinding. Raw materials are supplied to the grinder via the ejector and PVC hoses of the hammer mill, which eliminates the costs of purchasing, installing and maintaining transport equipment such as a conveyor.
